Craig Needham
Craig has a sales, training and HR background spanning over 16 years. Craig has particular expertise in the design and improvement of sales competency frameworks, sales performance management systems and sales organisations.
Craig led the design and development of the Vodafone Corporate Sales Academy, which was taken forward as Global Best Practice within Vodafone. He has also delivered sales performance improvement programmes within major clients such as Experian, Dell, Cable & Wireless and Unisys.
Craig’s hands-on sales experience combined with his expertise in building organisation-wide training and performance management systems means that he is ideally placed to help clients build and develop their sales teams.
