Professor William Scott Jackson

Professor William Scott-Jackson is a leading expert in Differentiating Strategic Capabilities and talent management. He has delivered practical advice and support to leading corporates including Lloyds TSB, Ricardo and Aviva, as well as several European and Middle Eastern governments. In addition, he has advised on several major mergers in the Insurance/Broker sector.With LoganLea, Professor Scott-Jackson will help clients to identify and build strategically differentiating sales capabilities and behaviours.

In addition to his commercial activities, Professor Scott-Jackson is a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University (Skope) and Director of the Oxford Centre for Applied HR, which carries out practitioner oriented research into the impact of HR in business. He regularly speaks on leadership, differentiating capabilities and talent management at key management events.

Amongst other publications, he is the author of the Chartered Management Institute�s Guide to managing human capital and the Chartered Institute of Professional Develpment guide to HR Outsourcing. He is also is the academic advisor to the CMI�s Human Capital Working Group, a member of the CMI Academic Advisory Board and the CIPD Professional Standards Faculty.
