Scott Druck
Scott Druck combines 15 years sales, account management and sales direction experience with change programme management and consulting expertise. Scott has led many sales performance improvement programmes and specialises in sales process, system and organisation structure change to deliver on-going bottom line improvement. He is also highly experienced in market analysis and defining market entry strategy.
Scott led an 18 month sales change programme for an international manufacturer. This involved re-defining sales management processes and team structures, standardising customer contact, sales and order fulfilment processes, and improving sales skills. The programme led to a 25% improvement in sales productivity and contributed to record company profits.
Scott also helped a major energy company successfully launch into a new market. As part of this, Scott defined the market entry strategy, built key customer relationships, defined new solution sets and built a major new sales pipeline.
