    Steve Wortley

    Steve brings together over 20 years experience building and developing effective sales teams, leading business units through periods of intense change and delivering high performance and growth. Steve has operated successfully in several sectors including Technology, Telecommunications, Recruitment, and Franchising, working in corporate as well as Private Equity backed businesses.

    During his time leading sales at a major office technology company, Steve moved the sales force from a traditional product sales model to a solution sales organisation, successfully launching a variety of added-value solutions and services. Steve delivered year-on-year revenue increases of 25%, contributing to revenue growth to £85m over 4 years.

    More recently Steve was part of a successful VC-backed BIMBO team. In this sales leadership board position, Steve restructured sales and support functions whilst building a national sales network to deliver revenue growth from £58m to £77m in 3 years.
