    Tony Mortimer

    Tony has a 30 year record of success building and leading large multi-national, multi-cultural direct, indirect and virtual teams across EMEA and Asia Pacific. As global executive Sales VP for the world’s largest technology business, Tony won and managed major accounts to win $Billions of profitable technology, software and service business against “A” list local and global competitors.

    With industry experience spanning telecommunications, banking, insurance, energy, manufacturing and retail, Tony understands in detail how to structure sales organisations to operate successfully across multiple markets. Tony has also led sales organisations through significant change, including multiple economic cycles, the introduction of several disruptive technologies and through several M&A and corporate re-structures.

    As one of the world’s leading experts in Key Account Management, Tony has proven ability to achieve differentiating collaboration with senior client executives by developing true “trusted adviser” status. Tony personally managed one of the largest global client accounts in any industry, and has led the development of many of LoganLea’s key account management tools.

    As a recognised expert in management, planning and forecasting processes, Tony has helped clients produce accurate sales forecasts across a multiplicity and diversity of countries, business divisions and product/solution sets. Tony is recognised for his ability to define best-practice operational processes and roll them out successfully across a global sales operation.

    As part of LoganLea’s leadership team, Tony leads much of LoganLea’s IP and tool development, as well as contributing to numerous articles and white papers. For LoganLea’s clients, Tony works with CEOs and sales leaders to translate business strategy into a successful sales operation.
