    Incentive scheme design

    An effective incentive system brings out the best in a sales team. Financial incentives, such as commissions and performance bonuses, should drive behaviour that directly supports business goals.

    However, financial rewards are not the whole story. An effective performance regime should also include motivational leadership and non-financial rewards. Inspirational and clear management can drive performance to a new level – and conversely, poor management negatively impacts performance.
